By booking a consultation or enrolling in services with LAB Performance LLC, you agree to the following terms. If anything here is unclear, reach out before we get started.

1. What We Do

LAB Performance LLC provides personal fitness coaching — in-person training, online coaching, and nutrition guidance — built around your specific goals and schedule. We are coaches, not doctors. We don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or practice medicine.

2. Your Health & Safety

Before starting any program, you confirm that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in physical activity and understand that it carries an inherent risk of injury
  • You have disclosed any known health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns relevant to your training
  • You will consult a physician before starting if you have significant health concerns
  • You will update us if your health status changes

You accept that LAB Performance LLC takes every precaution to design safe programming, and that you assume personal responsibility for your participation.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the start of each billing period, using the payment method established during onboarding.

Online Coaching — Monthly Plans

  • Billed on the same date each month
  • You have 24 hours from the time of initial payment to cancel for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, the current billing period is non-refundable
  • You may cancel before your next renewal date to stop future charges

Online Coaching — Quarterly and Bi-Annual Plans

  • Offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment to the full contract term
  • Payment may be made in full at enrollment or in monthly installments — both are subject to the full-term contract
  • If you cancel before the end of your contract term, the discounted rate is forfeited retroactively. You become responsible for the difference between what you paid and what the non-discounted rate would have been for the months of service used — calculated at the closest shorter-term rate
  • Any outstanding balance resulting from early termination is due within 30 days of cancellation

Example: If you enrolled in a bi-annual plan (6 months) and cancel after 4 months, you owe the difference between the bi-annual rate paid for those 4 months and the equivalent cost at the monthly rate for those same 4 months.

4. In-Person Training Sessions

  • Sessions are purchased in packages and are non-refundable once payment is made
  • Sessions expire 12 months from the date of initial purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • There are no partial refunds for unused sessions

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any session or check-in meeting. Notice may be given by phone call, text, or email.

  • In-Person Sessions: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and Landon has not explicitly approved an exception, the session counts as used and is forfeited
  • Online Check-Ins: The same policy applies to scheduled online meetings or coaching calls

Exceptions require explicit prior approval from Landon.

6. Results

We’ll give you real programming, honest accountability, and adjustments when things aren’t working. What we can’t guarantee is a specific outcome — results depend on your consistency, effort, and factors individual to you. We will always be straight with you, and we ask the same.

7. Your Program Materials

Programs, guides, and materials we create for you are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without written permission from LAB Performance LLC.

8. Ending the Relationship

Either party can end the coaching relationship at any time. If LAB Performance LLC terminates the relationship without cause and you have paid for unused services in the current billing period, you’ll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. Early termination by the client remains subject to Section 3.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
